1973 – September – The Epilepsy Association of Utah is formed
2000 – Association was re-organized and we launched our Camp program.
2008 – Association spearheads Utah HB 361 preventing the switching of name brand to generic prescriptions without written consent.
2012 – Transportation Assistance Program and a Medical Assistance Program added to services for people with epilepsy in Utah.
2013 – The Association becomes the FIRST epilepsy organization in the country to support cannabis-based treatments.
2014 – HB105: Plant Extract Amendments (Charlee’s Law) is signed into law. The FIRST high-CBD/low-THC bill in the country.
